LEASING/ACQUISITIONS
Leasing is one of SLC specialties. From large parcels to small undivided interests, SLC will close the deal that increases our client's WI and NRI. Furthermore, SLC is seasoned at all forms of acquisitions, including but not limited to mineral, surface, royalty and working interest.
TITLE EXAMINATION
SLC can prepare any type of runsheet needed whether supplemental or from sovereignty. SLC is adept at identifying problems and finding the best solutions to title clouds our clients may encounter. SLC has experience with the most up-to-date record search websites, along with the physical courthouse presence to ensure all available data is delivered to our clients. SLC can also produce accurate MOR's in a timely manner for our client's leasing projects.
TITLE CURATIVE
At SLC we pride ourselves on finding and solving any curative problem that may arise in your title. From locating missing heirs to obtaining affidavits, SLC is your title curative solution.
ROW AND SURFACE ACQUISITION

Based on our experience, most projects require many types of right-of-way acquisitions. We specialize in all types of permanent and temporary pipeline easements, electrical easements, blanket surface use agreements, surface damage negotiations and road usage.
PRE & POST ACQUISITION DUE DILIGENCE

We highly value due diligence projects. Our firm thoroughly examines all records, both in-house and public, which provide our clients with the most accurate data for strategic decision making.
GIS MAPPING

Accurate mapping is paramount for the success of all projects. We have certified GIS landmen that can accurately map historical unitizations, well locations, right-of-ways and numerous other critical data points that will led to successful projects.
STATE OWNED ASSETS & UNIVERSITY LANDS

SLC has extensive experience interacting with the GLO regarding Relinquishment Act Lands, submission of auction bids for State and University Land owned minerals, and negotiating Surface Damages with both entities.
FEDERAL LANDS
SLC understands the intricacies of submitting bids for auction and the comprehensive title work involved with working interest divisions in BLM and BIA lands.
